COVID-19 POLICY

PROOF OF VACCINATION:

All guests and staff will be required to show proof of a Government of Canada-accepted vaccine at least 14 days prior to their arrival date. Proof is to be submitted online here.

We understand that for medical reasons you may not be able to be vaccinated - in which proof of a negative COVID test (rapid or PCR) 72hrs before first ski day will be acceptable. Please call our office to discuss this option.

COVID BOOKING POLICIES:

If you need to cancel due to not meeting the vaccination requirements or able to provide a negative covid test, we can transfer 100% of the deposit to next season or receive a refund if you purchased the "REFUNDABLE SEAT OPTION FOR $100"

If you need to cancel due COVID travel restrictions, your payments are transferable and reschedulable to the next couple of seasons.

WHAT TO EXPECT PRE-TRIP/DURING MY TRIP:

Please visit the pre-trip section of our website to complete all of the online requirements prior to your trip:

  • Submit proof of vaccination
  • Liabaility waiver
  • Rental forms
  • Pre-arrival health screening (14 days prior)
  • Online hazard briefing and safety course
  • Directions to our staging area
  • Review of COVID-19 Safety Information

You will be advised of your group number prior to arrival in the pre-trip email, so that you can meet your guides at the staging area without going into the office.

FACE MASKS

Face masks are required in snowcat cabins at all times or when physical distancing isn't possible.

Please bring at least 2-3 cloth or surgical masks with you.

FOOD & DRINK

Food and Drink is only to be consumed outside the cat, with lunch/snack breaks incorporated into the day.

Guests must bring their own water bottle and the guides will handle refilling station in a safe manner.

IN THE SNOWCATS

All snowcats have been fitted with a clear vinyl wall between the front and back row, and each row has a separate access door.  This reduces transmission, as there are only six-person group size on each side of the barrier.

There is a bottle of hand sanitizer attached to the outside of the snowcat and smaller bottles inside. The snowcats are sanitized extensively each day.

SELF-DRIVING TO THE STAGING AREA

Guests are requested to drive their own vehicle to the snowcat staging area in order to minimize interaction with others outside their cohort.  Shuttle can be arranged for those without a vehicle. This must be booked in advance.  Please contact the office for details and pricing.
